Recipe: Korean BBQ Fries w/ Doctored Kimchi

Korean BBQ Fries with Doctored Kimchi

1/2 cup mayonnaise

3 tbsp sriracha 

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup white vinegar

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 cub kimchi

1 lb french fries (fry 'em or buy 'em!)

4 oz Brothers Artisanal Korean BBQ Beef Jerky, chopped

Shredded cheddar cheese, chopped white onion, chopped cilantro, and toasted sesame seeds, for garnish

Mix together sriracha and mayo. In another bowl, toss kimchi with sugar, vinegar, gochujang, and soy sauce. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes until kimchi starts to brown. Drizzle fries with sriracha mayo, then top fries with jerky and sauce. Garnish with cheese, onion, cilantro, and sesame seeds. Serve with additional sriracha.
