Recipe: Tom Kha Thai Lettuce Cups

Tom Kha - Thai Lettuce Cups
 

1/4 cup fish sauce (we like "3 Crabs" brand)

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

2 tbsp sugar

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 seranno chile, minced

2 tsp rice vinegar

One half of a shredded carrot

4 oz. Brothers Artisanal Tom Kha Thai Turkey Jerky

Bibb lettuce, torn into large cup-sized pieces

Sliced scallions
 

Combine fish sauce, lime juice, vinegar, sugar, garlic, chile, rice vinegar, and carrots in a bowl. Mix well. Stuff lettuce cups with jerky and scallions, and dip in sauce. Aroi mark!
